Using 'Anuasara' Yoga, meaning "to be in the flow" or "flowing with grace", and its five principles, we will work on body alignment, engaging the muscles and keeping each asana (pose) constantly active. Applying the principles will help create a strong yet supple and lean body and also help heal injuries.
With my broad experience as a dance, yoga and fitness instructor, I will help you develop a do-able yet challenging practice that is tailored to you and your body.
After 200 hours training with Patrick Creelman, the founder of Pure Yoga, I gained my yoga certification in February 2009. Since then I’ve been teaching yoga and incorporating the principles into my dance teaching.”
