Our policy on cancellation
We make these rules so we can run our practice efficiently and ensure you get appointments when you need them.
- If you need to cancel your appointment please give us 24 hours notice.
- As long as we have alternative appointments available you can reschedule.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we charge a cancellation fee of 50%.
- If you don’t cancel and don’t turn up to your appointment we will charge you for your session regardless.
- These rules apply regardless of whether you have a medical certificate or not.
